iX-Haus and EverReal: master data in, applicants back
Master data comes from iX-Haus, and selected applicants go to iX-Haus as pre-contract records.
About iX-Haus
iX-Haus by CREM Solutions is an ERP system for commercial property management, the housing industry and corporate real estate management. EverReal takes owners, properties, units and tenants from iX-Haus. EverReal hands selected applicants to iX-Haus as a person record with a pre-contract entry. The outbound path is agreed with CREM Solutions for each customer and is not part of every setup.

How the collaboration works

Set up FTP access
EverReal sets up FTP access for your account, through which iX-Haus delivers the master data as standardised files.

Check mapping in a test account
Before go-live you check the mapping of categories, types and subtypes, in a test account first. Delivery is usually set up daily, and the iX-Haus side sets the timing.

Hand over applicants
For a selected applicant you trigger the handover to iX-Haus in EverReal. The person record and pre-contract entry are then ready for iX-Haus.
What you get
Master data without manual import
Owners, properties, units and tenants reach the letting process without a manual import.
No double entry of applicants
Applicant data does not have to be typed into iX-Haus again.
iX-Haus stays the lead system
iX-Haus remains your lead system, and EverReal runs the letting process on top of it.
Limits of the connection
Energy performance certificate data is not transferred because iX-Haus does not provide these fields. Completed lease agreements are not transferred to iX-Haus.
