How do I keep track of many applications?
EverReal gathers all applications and self-disclosures centrally, presents them clearly, and makes them directly comparable, all important information in one place, no manual filing systems.
How much time do I save when collecting and reviewing applications?
In our model calculation, the effort for sending, checking and filing tenant self disclosures drops from around 150 minutes to around 25 minutes per letting, which is up to 83 percent. Basis: around 50 enquiries per letting. This is an EverReal figure from a model calculation, not a measured customer result.
How are self-disclosures automatically obtained?
After the viewing, EverReal automatically sends a self-disclosure request. The information is collected digitally, prepared completely and legibly, with no follow-ups and no incomplete documents.
Can I also integrate a SCHUFA check?
Yes. The automatic SCHUFA check is included in the Pro and Enterprise editions: the credit check runs in the application process and the result is stored centrally with the other applicant data. You need your own SCHUFA account.
How do I reduce the screening effort per applicant?
