EverReal uses existing data from the application process to automatically fill contract templates. The time required drops from around 35 minutes to 5 minutes per rental agreement. (Basis: individual comparison per rental process.)
Which lease agreement templates are available in EverReal?
EverReal provides rental agreement templates as an add-on module, for standard rental agreements. The templates come from our partner law firm. Alternatively you can store your own templates and have them filled automatically with master data. Agreements that require the written form, for example agreements with stepped or index rent and fixed-term residential leases with a term of more than one year, are signed with the qualified electronic signature (QES).
Can the contract be signed digitally in EverReal?
Yes. EverReal supports the advanced electronic signature as well as the qualified electronic signature (QES) as an additional module.
How do I avoid mistakes in contracts?
Since tenant, property, and contract data are adopted directly from the EverReal process, manual data entry is eliminated, and with it one of the most common sources of error in contract creation.
How do I keep track of the status of all contracts?
All contracts can be viewed centrally in EverReal, with a clear status: draft, created, sent, partially signed, or fully signed. Drafts can be edited at any time. A contract that has already been sent must first be withdrawn before changes can be made.
