What awaits you
Our application process is clearly structured and moves forward quickly, without unnecessary delays.
Step 1
Send us your CV, relevant certificates, and a few brief words about why you want to become part of EverReal and what sets you apart. We will usually get back to you within 48 hours.
Step 2
In a first video call, you will speak with someone from the team (HR, founder, or team lead). We want to understand what drives you and answer your initial questions.
Step 3
Depending on the role, further interviews with team members and the founders will follow. In a practical part, you will also have the opportunity to show how you work.
Step 4
If everything aligns, we will speak with former managers and then make you an offer directly afterwards.
