Five add-on modules are bookable with EverReal: contract templates, the qualified electronic signature (QES), the PriceHubble market price indicator, Flexibel Inserieren for publishing without your own portal contracts, and the Management module for your own or managed portfolio. The new construction projects module runs as a separate licence, paid in 12 monthly instalments. Already included in the editions are the SCHUFA check, EU sanctions list screening, analytics and the open API (Pro and Enterprise), as well as the exposé editor (Smart, Pro and Enterprise). The SCHUFA integration, that is the automatic SCHUFA check, is included in the Pro and Enterprise editions and is not booked separately. It is worthwhile for everyone who currently commissions credit checks manually or relies on applicants’ self-disclosure: the check runs directly in the application process, stored centrally and without manual data transfer. You need your own SCHUFA account.

The eIDAS Regulation distinguishes three levels: simple, advanced and qualified electronic signature. EverReal’s standard e-signature is an advanced electronic signature and is included in Smart, Pro and Enterprise. The qualified electronic signature (QES) has the same legal standing as a handwritten signature and meets the statutory written form under section 126a BGB. It can be added to Smart, Pro and Enterprise and is included in the Professional package of Business Flex. Which form your contract requires is a question for your lawyer.

Yes, through ready made connections or the open API. Ready made connections exist for iX-Haus, Aareon Connect and WOWIPORT among others; the partner page lists every connected system. Depending on the system, new terminations from the ERP can start the letting process in EverReal automatically. Which data a connection transfers depends on the system, and depending on the ERP system one off costs may arise. The open API (REST and webhooks) is included in the Pro and Enterprise editions; we clarify the details of the ready made connections in the consultation.

The EU sanctions list screening checks applications automatically against the current EU sanctions list and logs every check so it stands up to audit. It is relevant because real estate companies must ensure that no contracts are concluded and no payments made with sanctioned individuals, and the EU sanctions regimes are tightening. Manual research is no longer needed. The screening is included in the Pro and Enterprise editions.
