Which steps of the renting process does EverReal cover?
EverReal supports the entire process: marketing (creating & publishing listings), prospect management (filtering inquiries & communicating), viewing appointments (automatically coordinating), applicant management (obtaining & comparing self-disclosures), contract processing (creating and digitally signing), and apartment handover (digitally documenting & sending).
How much time does EverReal save in the entire process?
With 100 rentals per year, this results in total savings of around 766 hours, which corresponds to nearly 100 working days. On average, that is 7.66 fewer hours of effort per rental. (Basis: approx. 50 inquiries per rental, €40 personnel costs/hour.)
What happens automatically after a new request is received?
EverReal enables intelligent automation along the entire rental process. For example, incoming inquiries are automatically assigned to the correct property and prospective tenants are pre-qualified based on predefined criteria (Smart Tenant Matching). Depending on the selected settings, advertisements are automatically deactivated when a threshold value is reached and/or particularly suitable prospects are automatically invited to the viewing appointment. After the viewing appointment has taken place, the self-disclosure form is also sent out automatically.
Our goal is not only to constantly expand automation, but also to make it increasingly autonomous, so that manual intervention is reduced further and further.

No. EverReal can be deployed without a complex IT project, and customers are typically up and running in less than an hour. A personal onboarding is included with subscription packages.
