Aareon PowerHaus, formerly Haufe PowerHaus, is an ERP system for property management companies. Aareon positions it for large companies with complex property portfolios. EverReal takes owners, properties, units and tenants from PowerHaus, and PowerHaus remains the lead system.

How the collaboration works

Order the export
You ask Aareon to set up the export to EverReal.

Access and selection
EverReal generates the FTP credentials, and PowerHaus delivers the master data as standardised files. You decide in PowerHaus, per property, which properties are transferred.

Import, test account first
New deliveries are imported automatically, usually daily. Setup starts in a test account.
What you get
No double entry
Master data does not have to be maintained a second time for letting.
Terminations on the unit
A termination from PowerHaus shows up in EverReal directly on the unit.
Vacancy shows as vacancy
Vacant units are shown as vacant in EverReal, not as tenants.
Limits of the connection
Energy performance certificate data is not transferred. Properties consisting purely of homeowner associations (WEG) without separate unit management are not transferred.
