INDUSTRIA WOHNEN is now cooperating with EverReal

• Residential real estate investment specialist relies on a digitized leasing process and real-time communication across a nationwide network

Munich, November 19, 2020: INDUSTRIA WOHNEN GmbH, a specialist in German residential real estate investments managing a portfolio valued at more than EUR 3.0 billion, will in future use EverReal's all-in-one software for real estate transactions to digitize its leasing processes. In doing so, a new EverReal feature developed specifically to optimize collaboration with partners will also be used for the first time. For instance, property data can be shared among partners with just one click, and communication between brokers/property managers and INDUSTRIA WOHNEN takes place directly within the EverReal portal. This means real-time reporting, fewer emails, and significant time savings of up to 70 percent per new letting.

The digital solution developed by EverReal for letting and selling real estate is used by INDUSTRIA WOHNEN for its self-managed residential real estate portfolio. It allows almost the entire leasing process to be handled automatically, relieving leasing teams of a large part of their previous routine tasks so that the time required to let an apartment is significantly reduced. At the same time, this entails a major simplification and acceleration of communication both with prospective tenants and with INDUSTRIA WOHNEN's various cooperation partners.
