ImmobilienScout24 and PropTech EverReal launch sales cooperation

Munich, July 1, 2019: EverReal and ImmobilienScout24 have agreed on a sales cooperation. Within the framework of this cooperation, real estate companies initially from the housing industry sector (housing companies, property management companies, and real estate managers) will have the opportunity in a test phase to further digitalize their processes in the marketing of properties with the help of state-of-the-art technology. In doing so, they will be enabled to offer their prospects and potential customers an innovative customer experience, and each under their own brand. The intuitive usability of EverReal allows an immediate start without a lengthy implementation phase or employee training.

Customers who offer apartments for rent via ImmobilienScout24 will also be able to handle the entire rental process digitally via EverReal in the future, thanks to the mutual integration of both platforms. Conversely, users of EverReal have the option to control functions of ImmobilienScout24 directly from EverReal and, for example, to advertise vacant units automatically on ImmobilienScout24.

"In this way, the cooperation with Immobilienscout24 enables the users of our platform to achieve further productivity gains and time savings when marketing their units. This allows the administrative effort to be reduced by up to 80 percent.
