Munich, October 6, 2021: Munich-based PropTech EverReal GmbH, the provider for digital rental and sales of real estate, reached the finals of the German Real Estate Award 2021 and became the winner in the "Industry Pioneer" category. The product not only automates all manual workflows, but also digitally involves owners, clients, and prospective buyers/tenants in the transactions. For example, for the first time, they can manage viewing appointments themselves, submit documents or feedback, and are informed about the current status at all times. In this way, EverReal takes both productivity and the customer experience in the real estate industry to a new level.

The German Real Estate Award 2021 was created by immowelt GmbH and awarded for the second time this year. The Oscars of the real estate industry honors companies for their special dedication, creativity, spirit of innovation, and sustainability. An independent jury of eleven figures from the real estate industry, including Carolin Hegenbarth, Federal Managing Director of IVD, Wolfgang D. Heckeler, President of VDIV, Jürgen Engelberth, CEO of BVF, and Axel Gedaschko, President of GdW, determined the winners in a total of eight categories based on the submitted application documents and a category-specific pitch.

The Industry Pioneer category is aimed at innovative start-ups or established companies that demonstrate their future-oriented approach through innovative concepts and the use of cutting-edge technologies.
