Munich, March 28, 2018: FONCIA DEUTSCHLAND is automating its leasing processes with the help of the digital leasing platform EverReal. By using the web-based PropTech solution, the major property manager aims to increase productivity, create more transparency and at the same time increase customer satisfaction at its eight locations in Germany.

With FONCIA DEUTSCHLAND, the Munich-based PropTech startup EverReal has convinced one of Germany's largest property managers of its leasing platform. The major property manager did not rely on advertising promises, but had several software solutions put through their paces by its employees. In the end, all employees involved in the selection process voted unanimously in favor of EverReal.

The EverReal platform digitalizes the entire leasing process, from marketing to apartment handover. This saves more than 50 percent of the time previously required.
