OpenImmo: the standard behind the portal connections
Through OpenImmo your listings go from EverReal to Immowelt, Kleinanzeigen, WG-Gesucht and meinestadt.de.
About OpenImmo
OpenImmo is an open, XML-based data format for exchanging property data between programs, agent systems and portals. EverReal uses it for every connected portal except ImmoScout24, which has its own interface. The same standard also lets you connect your own website as a portal.

How the collaboration works

Listing as an OpenImmo file
EverReal turns your listing into an OpenImmo file and transfers it to the portal by scheduled FTP.

Enquiries come back
For some portals, such as Immowelt and Kleinanzeigen, enquiries from prospects come back by email with an OpenImmo feedback file and are assigned in EverReal.

The other direction too
Agent systems can send listings to EverReal via OpenImmo.
