Listings from EverReal go to ImmoScout24 through a direct interface, with no file transfer.
About ImmoScout24
ImmoScout24 is connected to EverReal through a direct REST interface, not through the OpenImmo standard. As a result your listings appear in near real time. You need your own contingent contract with ImmoScout24.

How the collaboration works

Connect your account
An administrator connects the ImmoScout24 account from your contingent contract in EverReal.

Publish
You publish the listing from EverReal. Photos, floor plans, documents and links to 360-degree tours are included.

Enquiries in EverReal
Enquiries from ImmoScout24 come back by email with an XML attachment and continue in EverReal's application process.

You choose a premium placement from your contingent right when publishing.
Enquiries in one place
You manage enquiries from several portals centrally in EverReal.
Limits of the connection
ImmoScout24 shows at most 25 photos, 5 floor plans and 5 documents per listing. When a listing is republished, it is briefly removed and recreated with a new ImmoScout24 ID.
